Questions about Vision Quest Virtual Tours
Question: How much does a virtual tour cost?
Answer: We charge by the project, not by the picture so we will talk with you to determine the scope of your project and agree upon a price ahead of time. For guidelines of our prices, please visit our pricing page. Factors included in determining the price for the tour include:
- How big is your facility? This includes square footage as well as how many buildings, how many aspects of the program need to be showcased, how difficult will it be to access the areas we are going to photograph.
- Will we be photographing with or without people? We often stage businesses with people in the photographs to increase the warmth and visual interest and as you would expect, this is more involved than shooting empty rooms.
-
How long will the shoot take? We are able to photograph most programs in one day but if additional days are needed, that will be discussed and included in our price quote.
Question: What is included in the cost of the tour?
Answer: The price we quote will be inclusive of our travel, photography, editing, tour creation and one year of hosting. We work with you to stage the areas that we will be photographing.
Question: When is payment due?
Answer: Invoices must be paid in full no later than the first day of our photo shoot. For jobs requiring travel outside of a 100 mile radius of our current location, we require 50% upon confirmation and the remaining 50% on the day of the shoot.
Question: How quickly will my tours be online?
Answer: Commercial Virtual Tours are typically processed within 7-10 days after being photographed. Residential tours are processed within 48 hours of being photographed. You will receive links that will enable you or your webmaster to get the tours onto your website. We can answer questions about linking the tours BUT we don't have access to your website so you are solely responsible for publishing the tour on your website.
Question: When will my virtual tours expire?
Answer: Never however there is an annual hosting fee of $50.
Question: How many scenes can be included in each tour?
Answer: The tour window supports 30 scenes in any combination of full 360, partial 360 or still images. If you have renderings instead of photos, we can add them as well or in addition to actual photos. Please see the order section of this website for tour packages and pricing.
Question: Is it possible to exceed the 30 scene limit and if so, how much would the additional cost be?
Answer: Yes, it is possible to exceed the 30 scene limit. If a tour is going to be over 30 scenes, it's probably a good idea to create additional tours. Please see the order section of this website for tour packages and pricing.

Answer: Yes. You can choose any color you wish for the skin and text colors of your tour windows.
Question: If I change my company or contact information, do I have to recreate my tours?
