Pricing for Business Virtual Tours
Our pricing is determined by the job, not by the picture.
We want to have the freedom to showcase your business and provide you with our best work... that means we take as many panoramic photos as possible. We will work with you to determine how to best tell your story and agree on a price in advance. The prices below are guidelines however please know that we are going to use our best judgement in choosing the number of shots that make you look your best.
The price we agree on is firm once we have agreed on the scope of the project. We will send you a detailed invoice so that there are no surprises. And best of all, there is no expiration date on your tour or renewal fees down the line.
We focus on quality instead of volume so once we always schedule enough time to give you our full attention. Invoices must be paid in full no later than the first day of our photo shoot. For large jobs or jobs requiring travel outside of a 100 mile radius of our current location, we require 50% upon confirmation and the remaining 50% on the day of the shoot.
Volume discounts are available when booking more than one location at a time!
Small Business Tours
Basic Tour $150 - $250 -- includes a tour of up to 5 panoramic images and 10 still images.
Examples of basic tours would include vacation homes, doctor's and dentists offices, restaurants, stores
Standard Tour $250 - $500 -- includes a tour of up to 10 panoramic images and 10 still images.
Examples of standard tours would be small businesses, larger vacation homes, small bed and breakfasts, spas, funeral homes
Deluxe Tour $500 - $1,000 -- includes a tour of up to 15 panoramic images and 15 still images.
Examples of deluxe tours would be small inns, health care clinics, small schools
*Pricing includes photography, design, programming of your high definition, full screen interactive virtual tour including a combination of both 360 degree and partial panoramic as well as still images. We can incorporate your uncopyrighted images into the tour.
**Includes travel within a 100 mile radius of our current location. Other locations are subject to additional travel expenses which will be determined in advance and included in formal price quote.
Commercial Tours
$1,250 to $2,500 -- final tour usually includes up to 30 panoramic images and/or still images.
Additional tours from the same photo shoot are available for $250 each. For example, hospital with separate tours for women's services or behavioral health with separate tours for adults and adolescents.
We are able to shoot most facilities in one full business day. If it is determined that additional days are necessary due to scheduling constraints within the program or business, that will be factored into the price. Additional days onsite are typically $500 to $750 and will be included in the original quote.

**Regular travel expenses to one location within the continental United States are included in pricing if a signed quote and 50% deposit are received at least 2 weeks in advance of scheduled shoot. Otherwise prices are subject to additional travel expenses.

Professional voiceover prices begin at $150. Customer will provide the script for voice over and Vision Quest Virtual Tours will work with professional voice over talent, Scott Pollak for high quality voice recording that can be added to your tour or slide show. Photo Retouching and Imaging Editing
Basic image editing, color correction and photo editing are included in the standard price. Requests for more extensive image editing is available at $25 per hour.
